Governor receives 1st batch of Hajj pilgrims

PESHAWAR: Governor Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Engineer Iqbal Zafar Jhagra on Wednesday received the first batch of hajj pilgrims arrived in three flights at Bacha Khan Airport on Wednesday afternoon.

The Governor felicitated the pilgrims on successfully performing Hajj and wished their well-being. The pilgrims while expressing their views expressed satisfaction over the accommodation, food and transport arrangements made by the Federal Government in Hijaz e Muqadas.

Meanwhile the respective authorities at the Bacha Khan International Airport Peshawar apprised the Governor regarding the ongoing arrangements for the conduct of Hajj operation. – APP
