SC to hear NAB’s appeal for reopening Hudaibiyah case today

ISLAMABAD -UNS – A three-member bench of the Supreme Court’s (SC) will start hearing the appeal for reopening Hudaibiyah Paper Mills case against Sharif family today (Monday). National Accountability Bureau (NAB) had filed this appeal upon the observation of SC’s five-member bench in Panama case.

According to details, the three-member bench will be headed by Justice Asif Saeed Khosa. The other two judges are Justice Dost Mohammad and Justice Mazhar Alam Miankhel. Registrar Office has issued the notice to NAB Prosecutor General.

Earlier, Lahore High Court had dismissed the Hudaibiyah Paper Mills case against Sharif brothers. NAB challenged this decision in Supreme Court to open this reference again.
