ISLAMABAD -UNS- The Chairman of the Organization for Peace Justice and Education (PJEON) ®, Islamabad, Pakistan, Advocate Ch. Abdur Rahman Nasir, has issued a letter to the Chief Justice of Pakistan for taking Suo-Moto action against the vulgar, unconstitutional, unlawful, un-Islamic and anti-state activities in the garb of Women’s right and empowerment, in shape of “Aurat March” to be organized and celebrated on the eve of Women Day on 8th March, 2020 as having been shamefully celebrated last year.
According to details, celebration of the indecent, vulgar, immoral and un-Islamic march organized by the so-called torch bearers and vocals of women rights on the eve of Women Day has sentimentally, physically and mentally damaged the feelings and social/religious rights of the author and the public by humiliating the Islamic injunctions and values and violating the Law, which is liable to be redressed as continuity of such heinous, immoral and illegal activities will badly destroy the generations, social values and ideology of Pakistan. The letter maintained that unethical, illegal, un-Islamic, sex free and vulgar play cards and slogans have been raised and published and are intended to be carried more daringly in so-called march of women rights organized and being organized at Islamabad, Lahore, Karachi, Peshawar and other cities of Pakistan wherein rallies have been launched and are intended to be launched by the westernized and sex provoking ladies and extending illicit and illegal demands in the name of women rights on the eve of Women Day on 8th March, 2019/2020 spreading obscenity, nudity and sex-free ideas and notions maligning and spoiling the young generation of Pakistan and the public at large in an Islamic State which is highly baneful, obnoxious, condemnable, liable to be banned and stopped forthwith and for the coming days permanently as preparations are underway for this so-called “Aurat March” in the coming month of March, 2020, this year.
That under the Constitution of Islamic Republic of Pakistan, 1973, Pakistan is an Islamic State, so as per the Constitution, Social Norms, Customs and Islamic Law and values such vulgar processions, ugly slogans, indecent play cards and unbridled liberty of women is strictly prohibited which can never be allowed and all actors, organizers, sponsors, participants, so-called liberals, broadcasters and allies of such illegal and nefarious activities are liable to be banned and prosecuted under the law and such elements must be booked as traitors and waging war against the State under sections 295-A, 294, 121, 123-A, 153-A, 504, 505 of Pakistan Penal Code (PPC) and all other enabling provisions of law. Such activities are also crime and offence under the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act, 2016 punishable under Sections 10, 11 and 9 of the Act, punishment for which is imprisonment for 14 years or with fine of Fifty Million rupees or both. That all of the State Functionaries and Authorities are duty bound to protect the Constitution and the Law of Land and to maintain the law and order, perform their duties as per Law and Constitution of Islamic Republic of Pakistan and do not allow any unlawful, unconstitutional, anti-sate and un-Islamic activity on the Land of Pakistan. But despite issuance of Notices/application dated 06-02-2020 to the Federation of Pakistan, State Functionaries and all the relevant Authorities regarding the subject matter no measure seems yet to be taken and due to paucity of time early and stern action is promptly required to be taken in the matter. As under Article-31(2)(b), it is provided, “The State shall endeavour to promote unity and the observance of the Islamic moral standards” and Article-2A narrates “Wherein the Muslim shall be enabled to order their lives in the individual and collective spheres in accordance with the teachings and requirements of Islam as set out in the Holy Quran and Sunnah.” Further, obscenity and pornification is prohibited in the Holy Qur’an and Sunnah of the Prophet (Peace be upon him).
